Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use the Camel Mail apps or create a Camel Mail account. By doing either, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Camel Mail.
What Camel Mail is
Camel Mail is an email and calendar app for Linux, Windows, macOS and Android. It connects directly to the mail and calendar providers you choose. An optional Camel Mail account keeps your app settings the same across your devices. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- Use an email address you control, and keep your password and two-factor codes to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Camel Mail to:
- send spam, phishing or malware, or anything else that is unlawful;
- get into mailboxes, calendars or accounts you aren’t allowed to use;
- interfere with, overload or try to break into the Camel Mail service or other people’s accounts.
Your mail and other services
Your mail, calendars and other content stay yours; we claim no rights over them. Your mailboxes are provided by Google, Microsoft or other providers, and an optional AI assistant uses the provider you choose. Their own terms apply to those services, and we aren’t responsible for them.
Provided as is
Camel Mail is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Your mail itself is kept by your mail provider.
As far as the law allows, Camel Mail is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app or the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can’t be overridden by agreement.
Ending your use
You can stop using Camel Mail at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@camelapp.si. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where needed to protect the service or other people. If we ever stop running the hosted service, we will try to give you notice first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using Camel Mail after that, the new terms apply.
